Clan Rules
1. ONLY speak English. In chat, while starting a new thread no matter what. If you really want to speak your language please talk in steam or PM the person. As long as it's not visible to any of us. I don't want to go through the trouble of using Google translate to see what you were talking about me.
2. No cyber bullying also includes making fun of someone's culture, religion or even making fun of someone's bad English. Some people lack that skill to talk proper English and prefer going through Google translate to communicate and we all know Google translate isn't the best translator out there.
3. No insulting other members or admins. No matter how serious your case is TAKE A DEEP BREATHE and calm down. If you insult other admin/members the MODS will you give an infraction and your thread will be deleted. If you insult the MODS and anyone above, you will just be banned from forums for 1 week. If it repeats, you' ll be banned from forums permanently. If you insult the entire |SgK| community, it's a perm ban no excuses.
4. Don't hijack other people's threads or spam it. Don't argue in their thread either. If you got issues with them or any member talk it out in steam or take it to the streets, we don't care. You do that in here you'll be issued an infraction.
5. No sharing of forum accounts. If your friend. roommate, I don't care whoever talks shit in the forums using your account will just be banned for a week. Repeated offense will lead to perm. ban.
6. Don't double, triple post the same thing. Specially, if you are banned or applying to the clan make one thread and that's it. If you do, you' ll be issued an infraction and BOTH the threads will be deleted.
7. Don't post in other people's ban appeal. Sailor and I kept enforcing it but no one listens. If you are not the admin who banned the player, witness (during the time of ban), MOD or anyone who makes the decision don't post. If you do, you' ll be BANNED for 1 week. It's real annoying to read through 7 pages or more just to know the real cause of ban.
8. NO spamming other clan's servers or sites in here. Even using youtube to do that is prohibited. You' ll be banned permanently if you do so.
9. If you are just a regular player who is not part of the admin crew or clan member, DON'T ask or post in the forums what type of plug-ins we got in our servers. If you do so, it will result in a perm. ban from the forums. (Admins and Clan members may ask ONLY in the 'Admins and Members Section')
You are given A warning before your first offense & you are not limited to 1 warning you can receive several warnings before your first offense.
Your inability to follow the rules will result the following way;
- First Offense: 3 Days Ban
- Second Offense: 7 Days Ban
- Third Offense: 1 month Ban
SUPER-MODS/MODS Reserve the right to ban you for a given amount of time depending the severity of your offense.
ALL THE SUPER-MODS, MODS make sure those RULES are put into action. If any of those rules are broken please take the appropriate action on time to avoid any kind of escalating problems later. TO THE REST OF THE |SgK| MEMBERS and FORUM MEMBERS:
Follow the rules at all times. Just because we know you or you're a member doesn't mean you can break those rules. Please AVOID yourself from getting banned by following them. I am not telling you to do P90-X or enforcing you to learn some hard language.
Server Admins
- Be responsible with your privileges, Abuse of power is strictly forbidden
- Respect each other so you will be respected, specially between members & admins
- Do not impersonate other admins by any way
- Do not unban, except from your own ban list
- Do not advertise anything that is not related to SgK
- Do not slander anyone or be racist in any way, shape, or form
- Do not revive, slay, slap, give hp and use hud messages in any inappropriate way
- Before kick/ban must warn and include a valid reason when executing cmd
- Nickname is unique idendity, do not change at all times, some exceptions may apply
- A Valid reason & demo is required when banning players from anyone's ubanned list, unless otherwise specified
- Votemap should not be used twice within 15 mins

SgK may, in its sole discretion, make any decisions without any limitations.
SgK may update and make changes to the "ADMIN RULES & TERMS" anytime, when we do so, you will be asked to review the changes, upon notice to everyone via forum post.
All in-game actions and transmissions by you to the SYSTEM/SERVER are not private, including any form of communication or interaction are ALL logged and will be reviewed by administrators without limiting their rights.
In the event of misconduct or breach of "ADMIN RULES & TERMS", without limiting SgK rights, SgK will immediately terminate or suspend access of your admin privileges and cancellation of service without being responsible for refunding any fees relating thereto.
By /requesting/submiting/posting/buying/paying SgK services or "BUY ADMIN" You AGREE and UNDERSTAND that by DOING SO no refunds or credits will be reimbursed in the event of a breach of the "ADMIN RULES & TERMS" by you.
You may terminate the agreement of "ADMIN RULES & TERMS" at any time, upon notice to SgK Administrators.
You will not receive any refund of any paid fees in the event of such termination.
Server Rules
Behaviour only meant to shock disturb or upset players is forbidden!
Racism, prejudice, political or religious comments that are hostile are not welcome.
Advertising other servers and websites is forbidden.
Accusing other players of cheating in chat. Report it to admins using @yourmessage in chat. Only admins will be able to view it.
Spamming/Micspam.
Sexism.
Harassing another player, abusing other players.
Staying too long in Spectator. Its fine if you have to get something to drink, but if you are going to stay in spec for more then a round or two, message an admin about it.
Roofwalking.
Stats Rigging. This will result in the removal of your stats.
Impersonating and/or imitating another player or admin.
Pornographic or other controversial sprays. Fake CT or T sprays are also illegal, animated or not.
Speaking in another language than English over microphone. All languages are allowed in text chat.
Swearing on mic/chat.
'Nade Spamming and team flashing. You are only allowed to buy 1HE, 2 Flash and 1 Smoke every round.
Rate hacking.
High ping/lagging.
Blank names/Abusive names.
Moaning about servers or admins.
Spawn killing/Team attacking.
Talking about drugs.
Bunny hopping.
Baiting. Trying to trick players into going on a rant will reward you with a ban.
Excessive whining about rank. This will result in the removal of your rank command in game.
Buying illegal weapons such as AWP and auto snipers when not voted on.
Disrespecting admins or abusing them for doing their job.
Wasting time when bomb is planted and you are the only player left with full HP.
Coming back to play on another account when the main account has a ban in place.
Intentionally blocking. This will probably award you a quick death or kick.
Constant rejoining, to reset stats, get more money or WTJ. This can cause lag for other players, so it's considered to be disruption of the server.
Spamming admin chat. The admins will receive your message, no need to spam it.
Abusing or undermining the admin team is at your own risk - all admins have a free banning policy on this. If you decide to act against this rule, punishment is likely to include permanent banning.
Punishments you may face:
If a rule is broken after warning, the player will be slayed/burned/kicked/banned. (Admin Discretion)
If a player keeps breaking the above rules repeatedly and shows no sign of trying to improve his behaviour more lengthy bans will be given. If a player still does not want to show any improvement they will be permanently removed from the servers.
